| Hi I'm Elizabeth, mother of Lucy, Lewis and Ethan. When i'm not busy working i enjoy being creative, usually this involves cooking. Food and drink's what i'm interested in, and i love entertaining. I like spending time creating dishes, influenced by my favorite chefs/cooks. Nigel Slater, John Burton- Race, Tessa Kiros and of course Jamie and Nigella. I'm currently preparing a new range of foods aimed at students, and in a couple of weeks time i'm going to be feeding 2000 fresher's at Sunderland UNI! It's a bit scary!
Other interests are painting, drawing and making jewellery, my new line involves corks - champagne corks - good excuse to drink 'Veuve Clicquot' every night!
