ELIZABETH'S RECIPIES

  SOME STUFF TO COOK

This was a great meal and so easy. It was similer to one of those cooks books you read ,when they strool down to the harbour and pick up some fresh sea food. Well, in the UK that dosen't seem to happen too often, unless of course you're in Gairloch! Keith picked up these live Languistines from a local grocer. We paid less than a tenner for two dozen.

This is how I cooked them:

• Half a bottle of dry White Wine.
• A whole bulb of Garlic (yes I know)
• Butter
• Olive Oil
• Crusty Bread
• More Wine

Yummy!

ELIZABETH'S CAKES
  LEWIS' 6th BIRTHDAY

This is the cake I made for Lewis' 6th Birthday, it's a sponge filled with butter icing, coated in orange flavoured white chocolate and decorated with all of my favourite sweets;

strawberry laces, candy bracelets, jelly beans, candy cigarettes, sweet toohbrushes, coca cola bottles, jelly beans and tots, love hearts and false teeth!

It's my 20p mix up sweet shop cake!
